Properly displaying the flag is a heavy responsibility. Knowing when the flag should be at half-staff can be challenging. Now you can immediately see the current U.S. and state flag status when you launch the app and view the calendar for upcoming half-staff days so you’re not caught off guard. Notifications alert you when half-staff proclamations are given by state governors and the president.
